[المادة السابعة عشرة (حق توفير بيئة نظيفة أخلاقيا ورعاية صحية واجتماعية وعيش كريم)]

أ- لكلّ إنسان الحقّ أن يعيش في بيئة نظيفة من المفاسد والأوبئة الأخلاقيّة تمكّنه من بناء ذاته معنويّاً، وعلى المجتمع والدولة أن يوفّرا له هذا الحق.

ب- لكلّ إنسان على مجتمعه ودولته حقّ الرعاية الصحيّة والاجتماعيّة بتهيئة جميع المرافق العامّة التي يحتاج إليها في حدود الإمكانات المتاحة.

ت- تكفل الدولة لكلّ إنسان حقّه في عيش كريم يحقّق له تمام كفايته وكفاية من يعوله، ويشمل ذلك المأكل والملبس والمسكن والتعليم والعلاج وسائر الحاجات الأساسية.

Article 17: the right to a morally clean environment, health and social care, and a decent life

A- Every person has the right to live in an environment that is clean of corruption and moral epidemics. It has to enable him to build himself morally. Such a thing is incumbent upon the society and the state.
B- Every person has the right to health and social care provided by the society and the state. All the public facilities needed are to be provided within the capacity of the society and the state.
C- The state guarantees every person the right to a decent life that enables him to achieve sufficiency for him and his dependents. This includes food, clothing, housing, education, treatment and all other basic needs.
