عقود الصيانة المحرمة:

وتحرم عقود الصيانة لأماكن المحرمات كالمراقص الماجنة وبيوت الدعارة وماصنع الخمر ومزارع الخنزير وبيوت الربا، لأنه تعاون على الإثم والعدوان؛ ولأنها وسائل إلى دوام المعصية القطعية فقطع بتحريم وسائلها والعقد باطل والكسب حرام.

Prohibited Maintenance Contracts
The maintenance contracts of places such as discos, whorehouse, alcohol processing plants, usury houses etc is prohibited owing to the forbidding of collaborating with wrongdoers. Such contracts lead to the continuation of evil doings. As a result, the contract is islamically null and void and the gains are ill-gotten.
